DHQ Hospital Nowshera invites sealed/online e-bids from EPADS-registered firms (FBR/EPADS/KPRA) under a SINGLE STAGE ONE ENVELOPE bidding procedure as per KPPRA Rule 6(2)(a) for FY 2026-2027.

- Bidding will be carried out exclusively on the EPADS (KP-PPRA) portal: https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/ .

- Bidding documents can be downloaded by EPADS-registered firms from the active tenders list on the DHQ Nowshera EPADS account.

- Bidders must upload the required mandatory documents as a single PDF on EPADS and attach originals where required. Original CDR must also be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Medical Superintendent Office.

- Bidders must be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List and registered with applicable authorities; all related certificates must be attached.

- Offers lacking mandatory documents, submitted late, unsigned, without original CDR, ambiguous, or from firms blacklisted by Health Department KP, KPPRA, autonomous institutes, or any government will be rejected as non-responsive.

Dates & Deadlines:

- Bid submission deadline (EPADS and sealed CDR to Medical Superintendent Office): before 10:00 AM on 2026-10-19.

- Bid opening on EPADS in presence of bidders/authorized representatives at 10:30 AM on 2026-10-19 by the Procurement Committee.

- Rates shall remain valid until 2027-06-30 in accordance with KPPRA Rule 31(A).
