PMDC Management Trainee Programme 2025-26 – Sales & Marketing and Legal (Islamabad)

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for its one-year Management Trainee Programme (Job Training Opportunity) for the 2025-26 cycle. This is a one-year training contract intended for capacity building of young professionals; completion of the programme does not guarantee regular employment.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Pakistani nationals (local or foreign‑qualified) with at least 16 years of education in the specified disciplines or equivalent from a HEC-recognized institution.
- Maximum age: 28 years as on date of advertisement.
- Minimum CGPA: 3.0.
- Candidates who graduate in the year 2025-26 may apply with or without post-qualification experience.

Selection & Stipend

- Selection on merit: 30% academic marks, 40% test assessment, 30% interview.
- Selected candidates will receive a monthly lump-sum stipend of PKR 80,000/-.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
