Issuer: National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). NBP is hiring experienced HR professionals for Human Resource Management based in Karachi on a contractual basis.

Master’s degree and/or professional certification preferred. | Minimum 6 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in Compliance and/or Audit and/or Risk Management. | Ensure HR audit readiness and submission of pre/post internal audit information; coordinate with HR Divisions/Wings and internal auditors; prepare compliance reports and clearance certificates; follow up on audit observations and remedial actions; maintain documentation and communication with stakeholders. |
| Unit Head – HR Quality Assurance (AVP / VP) | Wing Head – HR Governance, Risks & Controls | Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution. Master’s degree and/or professional certification preferred. | Minimum 6 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in HR Audit, Quality Assurance, HR Compliance and/or HR Operations. | Design, implement and update HR quality assurance framework and checklists; review HR processes for compliance and accuracy; conduct periodic quality reviews; ensure SOPs and process manuals are applied consistently; prepare reports and implement corrective/preventive actions. |
Employment type: Contractual for three years (may be renewed). Only shortlisted candidates will be called for panel interview(s). Selected candidates will be offered compensation and other benefits as per Bank’s policy. No TA/DA for interviews.
