| Undertaking | Original and recent undertaking/affidavit on judicial paper that the firm is not blacklisted by government/semi-government/autonomous or state-owned organizations and that tax matters are in order (must hold valid National Tax Number). |
| Submission method & deadline | Eligible contractors/firms should submit by email to the address published with the notice within 15 days from the date of publication in the newspapers. |
| Other | The employer reserves the right to disqualify any firm if information provided is found incorrect, and to amend deadlines, cancel or vary the process as required. |
