PMDC Management Trainee Programme 2026 – Management Trainee (Sales & Marketing) & Legal

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme (contract) to develop young professionals. The programme is based at PMDC Head Office, Plot No.13, Sector H-9, Islamabad. The engagement is contractual for one year and does not confer regular employment.

Key eligibility and conditions:

- Pakistani nationals only.

- Maximum age: 28 years as on date of advertisement.

- Minimum 3.0 CGPA.

- Candidates who graduated in the year 2025-26 with or without post-qualification experience may apply.

- Selection on merit: 30% academic marks, 40% written test, 30% interview/evaluation.

- Applicants meeting criteria will be required to appear for a written test and interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

- Consolidated monthly stipend: PKR 80,000/-.
