RAHNUMA-FPAP: Pre-Qualification of Vendors for Medical, Facility and Support Services

RAHNUMA-FPAP invites pre-qualification submissions from registered firms/companies (on the Active Taxpayer List) for supply of goods and provision of services nationwide. Categories include medical supplies and equipment, surgical instruments, lab reagents & consumables, air ticketing, stationery, IT equipment & ICT maintenance, office furniture, catering & hotels, vehicle maintenance & spare parts, fuel, generator sale/repair, electrical & CCTV services, plumbing, welding, solar systems & backup, building maintenance, civil & wood works, rent-a-car, HR & security services, janitorial services, printing & publishing and related services.

Eligibility & mandatory requirements

• Registered firms/companies listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
• Valid NTN and Sales Tax/GST registration (as stated).
• Relevant experience and past performance with list of clients and proof of contracts.
• Profile describing personnel/staff, equipment, offices/locations and capability.
• Financial statements, bank statements and copies of relevant certificates/licenses.

Submission instructions

• Submit a complete pre-qualification profile in a sealed envelope clearly specifying the category applied for.
• Profiles should be submitted to RAHNUMA-FPAP head office or the relevant regional office according to bidder interest.
• Head Office: RAHNUMA-FPAP, 3-A Temple Road, Lahore.

Important notes

• Only applicants meeting the stated eligibility and documentation requirements will be considered.
• RAHNUMA-FPAP reserves the right to cancel the process and/or accept or reject any bid/profile without providing reasons.
• RAHNUMA-FPAP will not be responsible for any costs related to the submission process.
