PMDC Management Trainee Programme 1-Year Contract — Jobs in Islamabad (Management & Legal)

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme (contract) at its Head Office, Islamabad. The programme is aimed at recent graduates (local or foreign-qualified Pakistan nationals) to build capacity in petroleum/minerals sector roles. This training contract does not constitute an employer-employee relationship and there is no obligation on PMDC to offer regular employment after completion.

Key Eligibility: Candidates must be Pakistani nationals (local or foreign-qualified) with a minimum of 16 years of education (bachelor's or master's) from a HEC-recognized institution; maximum age 28 years on the date of advertisement; minimum CGPA 3.0. Candidates who have graduated in year 2025-26 with or without post-qualification experience are eligible. Females are encouraged to apply.

Selection & Benefits: Selection is on merit with weightage: 30% academic marks, 40% written test, and 30% interview/assessment. Applicants meeting eligibility will be required to appear for a written test and interview. Selected candidates will receive a monthly lump-sum stipend of PKR 80,000. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews. Only short-listed candidates will be called.
