How to obtain documents and submit bids: Bid documents, terms & quantities are available free of cost on the Punjab Procurement portals (PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement). A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) according to the published schedule.
Bid security: Fresh CDR or Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price must be submitted as Bid Security (refundable) through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed by PITB / Punjab e-Procurement.
Notes: Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities. RIC Rawalpindi will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders. Incomplete or late bids will be rejected. If the tender opening date is a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
