Tender: Construction of Streets, Drains & Retaining Wall, Village Rabal, Chakwal — Bids Due 2026-10-12

Office of the District Council Chakwal invites sealed bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) from contractors registered on E-PADs for the year 2026-27 (MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026, 01-07-2026 to 31-12-2026).

Procurement will follow the Punjab Single Stage Single Envelope procedure and bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Punjab system and accompanied by the required bid security. The Competent Authority may reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.

Key notes: Bid documents must be prepared and submitted via the E-Punjab system by or before the stated submission time. Bid security must be submitted on the E-Punjab system by the submission deadline. If the lowest bid is equal to or less than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit an additional performance security of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of issuance of the letter of acceptance. Additional performance security will be refunded after issuance of the completion certificate by the Engineering Branch. Non-compliant, corrupted, unsigned or non-stamped bids will be rejected. Fake or forged documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
