District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi invites electronic bids on Punjab e-Procurement for multiple procurement lots for FY 2026-27. Key procurement details:
- Submission method: Electronic submission through Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be prepared and submitted exclusively via the portal in accordance with portal instructions.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot (as specified in the bidding documents) must be furnished in the prescribed form in favour of the District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi.
- Deadline and opening: Bid submission deadline is 2026-10-10 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the date of submission.
- Delivery: Prices must include delivery to the specified facilities including Central Jail Hospital Rawalpindi / Special Prison Hospital Rawalpindi (as applicable) and taxes shall be stated separately in accordance with applicable law.
