Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites bids under TENDERS/PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27 for civil and transmission line works. Single stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted as per PPRA Rules 2004 (clause 36(b)). Tender documents are available through E-Pads (version 2.0) and GEPCO/FPPRA websites. Bidders must have valid PEC registration renewal for 2026-27 and meet financial and experience requirements described below.

Eligibility & key requirements:
- Valid PEC registration renewed for 2026-27 under relevant code.
- Average annual turnover and tax returns (FBR) for last 2 years as per tender BOQ, verified by auditor.
- Current bank statement showing financial capability and minimum 15% balance amount of tender value as of tender publication.
- Proof of experience: submission of work orders and completion certificates for similar works executed during the last 5 years.
- In case of JV, performance security and joint documentation (joint bank account, active NTN in FBR & PRA, and notarized agreement) required.
Earnest money / Bid security:
- Original bid security valid for 120 days in shape of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan @ 2% of BOQ cost.
- Successful bidder to submit performance security @ 10% of the contract price in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee after issuance of LOI.
Other conditions: Contractors must attach active registration certificates (PRA or PST) with bids. Tender rates should be filled in figures and words; cutting/overwriting is not allowed. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Tender documents and required forms must be submitted through E-PADs Version 2.0 and as per instructions in bidding documents.
