PMDC Management Trainee Programme – Sales & Marketing and Legal (Islamabad)

Issuer: Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), Head Office, Plot No.13, Sector H‑9, Islamabad. One‑year Management Trainee Programme (training contract) to build capacity of young professionals. PMDC is a state‑owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division).

Overview: The Management Training Program is a one‑year training contract and does not constitute an employer–employee relationship; there is no obligation on PMDC to offer regular employment on completion of the training period.

Eligibility and key conditions:

• Open to local or foreign‑qualified Pakistani nationals with minimum 16 years of education (bachelor's or master's as specified below) from a reputable institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
• Maximum age: 28 years on the date of advertisement.
• Minimum CGPA: 3.0.
• Candidates who have graduated in year 2025–26 with or without post‑qualification experience may apply.
• Shortlisted applicants will be required to appear for a written test and interview.
• Selected trainees will receive a consolidated monthly stipend of PKR 80,000/-. No TA/DA for test or interview.

Vacancies:

Selection process and weightage: Merit will be determined with 30% weightage on academic marks, 40% on written test/assessment, and 30% on interview.
