Key instructions and conditions:

- Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Director Coordination against a non‑refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 per entity (bidding document fee).

- Completed bids must be submitted to the Office of the Director Coordination, Jilani Park, Jail Road, HA, Lahore. Submission deadline: on or before 2026-10-21 by 12:00 PM. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of the committee and bidders.

- Bids must be submitted on a single‑stage, single‑envelope basis. Each envelope must clearly state the bidder's name and the specific auction lot being bid for.

- Bid security must be submitted as specified above in the form of CDR / Pay Order in favor of "Parks & Horticulture Authority, Jilani Park, Jail Road, Lahore".

- Bagh‑e‑Jinnah is a notified Special Premises; lessees must strictly comply with preservation protocols and shall not alter or construct without prior approval from the Competent Authority.
