Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) invites applications for the post of Secretary (PWF) in BPS-19 on a contract basis to manage administrative, legal and commercial matters of the Foundation.

| Tenure | Contract initially for one year, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years or until age 65 (whichever is earlier), subject to satisfactory performance. |
| Qualification | MBA/Master’s degree or equivalent OR B.Sc. (Engineering) from an HEC-recognized university. |
| Age / Eligibility | Maximum 62 years. Retired WAPDA/DISCOs/NGC employees with a good service record are eligible. |
| Experience | Minimum four (4) years’ experience as Manager/Director or equivalent in BPS-19 or higher. Administrative experience preferred. |
| Key Responsibilities | Provide administrative/legal/commercial support to MD (PWF); act as Secretary to the Foundation and to the Board of Directors; prepare minutes and agendas of BoD meetings; implement BoD decisions; maintain records; coordinate performance review meetings and oversee grants, procurement and related functions. |
