Rawalpindi Women University Tender: Supply of 50 KVA Generators (IFB RWU/P&S/2026-27/03)

Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the supply of generators under IFB/Tender No. RWU/P&S/2026-27/03. Bids will be processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with applicable PPRA rules.

Bidding documents are available electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System (epunjab.gov.pk) and are not available for physical purchase. Prospective bidders must be registered with relevant tax and registration authorities and meet all requirements of the bidding documents and applicable PPRA rules.

Submission and opening:

- Electronic bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 11:30 AM on 2026-10-15.

- Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend and have valid authority letters.

Bid security and documentation:

- Bid security must be furnished in the form and through the electronic/digital mechanism prescribed by PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement Portal and in favor of Rawalpindi Women University, and bidders must complete the prescribed e-Procurement submission/verification requirements.

- The original affidavit confirming non‑blacklisting on stamp paper must be submitted physically to the address given below before the specified closing date and time.
