NHA Re-invites e-Bids for Six Routine Maintenance Contracts on N-55 (Punjab-South)

National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab-South Region (Central Zone) re-invites e-bids for six routine maintenance works on National Highway N-55. Eligible constructors must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration Category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-01 and CE-10.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions will be available for free download from the PPRA and NHA websites from 2026-09-30. Technical e-bids will be opened on the submission deadline date. NHA reserves the right to accept or reject bids in accordance with PPRA rules.

• Bid submission deadline (e-bids): 2026-10-13 until 11:30 Hrs
• Technical e-bid opening: 2026-10-13 at 12:00 Hrs (in presence of bidders or authorized representatives)

Important notes: Financial e-bids will be opened in sequence. Any bidder declared lowest evaluated bidder in two (02) RM contracts of FY 2026–27 will not have further bids accepted. Bidders submitting false or incorrect information may face disqualification and legal action. Prospective bidders should monitor NHA and PPRA websites for updates, schedule changes, and addenda.
