Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible, registered bidders for the provision of security services at PTA Headquarters and nearby PTA offices in Islamabad. Procurement will follow Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
