The Petroleum Division invites sealed bids/tenders from reputable companies, vendors and duly established workshops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for pre-qualification to perform repair and maintenance of transport, machinery, furniture, hardware and IT equipment during the 2026-27 fiscal year.

| Eligibility / Mandatory Documents | Proof of registration with Sales Tax Department and NTN/General Sales Tax number; National Tax Number and Sales Tax registration; Active Taxpayer status (ATL) with FBR; last three years bank statements and income tax returns (FBR); bank account maintenance certificate; telephone number; workshop profile showing technical staff, spare parts availability and workshop address; submission of fake/forged statement affidavit will lead to legal action, disqualification and blacklisting; affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.100/- that firm has not been involved in litigation and is not blacklisted by any Ministry/Division/Department/Organization. |
| Earnest Money / Security Deposit | Rs. 90,000 (Ninety thousand) in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO), Petroleum Division, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded/released after the opening of tender; earnest money of successful firm(s) will be converted into security deposit. E-tenders without bid security in favor of DDO will be rejected. |
| Tender Fee | Document fee Rs. 1,000 (non‑refundable). Payment slip must be attached with the tender documents. |
| Tender Documents & Procurement Portal | Tender documents and list of items are available through the e-procurement system (E‑PADS / eprocure portal) and the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) after paying the document fee. Submission must be made electronically via E‑PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) as specified in the notice. |
| Submission & Opening | Proposals must be uploaded/submitted through E‑PADS up to 1100 hrs on 2026-10-16. Tenders will be opened at 1130 hrs on 2026-10-16. |
| Operational / Warranty Conditions | Workshop on the panel will be required to carry out requisite work immediately, even at odd hours and on public holidays when repair is referred. Warranty period applies; if the same part fails within warranty, the firm will replace the faulty part without charge. |
| Other Conditions | The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all or any tenders at any stage. Late tenders will be rejected; if the last date is a holiday the tender will be extended automatically to the next working day. |
