Capital Development Authority (CDA), Environment Directorate (East) invites electronic e-bids on a Single Stage - Single Envelope basis under PPRA rules for the following procurement. Bidders must be registered on the CDA e-procurement system (ePADS v2.0) and meet the stated enlistment/eligibility requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements: Contractors enlisted with CDA in category C-G or above (Project Code CE-10 or as specified) for the fiscal year 2026-27 are eligible. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the format required by the bidding documents.
Submission & Opening: Bids shall be submitted electronically through ePADS v2.0 by the specified deadline. Electronic bids will be opened online at the stated opening time. Manual/sealed bids will not be accepted.
