Issuer: Ministry of Science & Technology — Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), Head Office, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad.
Tender Enquiry No.: MRC&AMRE/PCSIR/Equipment/2026/02 (Re-Tender). Purpose: Electronic bids are invited for the supply and installation of equipment/machinery (single-stage, two-envelope basis) under PSDP project “Establishment of Materials Resource Center and Development of Additive Manufacturing & Reverse Engineering Center at PCSIR.” Bidders must be registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers or government contractors registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and listed as active taxpayers with FBR.

Submission method: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System). E-bidding documents, specifications and detailed terms are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
Important deadlines: Electronic submission and bid opening via EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-10-13. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
Bid security: Earnest money as stated above to be deposited in the shape of bank draft/call deposit from any scheduled bank in favor of The Project Director (MRC&AMRE), PCSIR.
Delivery: Delivery place will be PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Karachi on FOR basis.
