Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites unconditional online bids from eligible bidders or joint ventures for hiring contractors for secondary waste transportation to dumpsites for a period of one year, extendable for another year. The procurement will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement (e-PP) under single-stage, two-envelope least-cost selection as per applicable rules.
