The Tehsil Municipal Administration, Swat invites online bids via the E-BALDIA / Local Government Khyber Pakhtunkhwa portal (www.cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk) for leases of specified revenue sources for eleven months from 1 August 2026 to 30 June 2027. The e-auction will be conducted on 20, 21 and 22 July 2026, with the final closing on 22 July 2026 at 4:00 PM.
Eligible contractors who have renewed their local council/contractor licenses for FY 2026–27 may participate. A call deposit/bank draft in favour of the Tehsil Municipal Officer must be submitted in office hours (and uploaded to the E-BALDIA system at least two days before bidding). The successful bidder must deposit the required security and advance payments within three working days and comply with terms and regulations as per reference No. 11/2026-AO-II/LCB dated 07 May 2026.
