Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Wah Cantt (Government of Pakistan) issues a tender for transportation services. In pursuance to Federal Government / MOOP policy directives, M/s NLC holds the First Right of Refusal for their transportation services. The lowest evaluated responsive rate discovered through competitive bidding will be offered to M/s NLC to match; upon their acceptance the contract will be awarded to M/s NLC, failing which the contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
