Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (Cantonment Executive Officer), The Mall, Rawalpindi Cantt. The Board invites electronic single‑stage two‑envelope bids through E‑PADS v2.0 for multiple works for Financial Year 2026-27. Bidding documents are available only on the PPRA and E‑PADS v2.0 portals. Firms/contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and meet tax/other statutory requirements.
Submission & Opening:
Bids must be submitted electronically through E‑PADS v2.0 on or before 2026-10-13 at 13:00. Bids will be opened the same day at 13:30. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Vendors not registered on E‑PADS v2.0 may register via the E‑PADS portal.
Procurement Method & Bid Security:
Procurement will follow Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure. Earnest money: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. A scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded; original CDR must be submitted before opening of technical bids.
Eligibility & Other Conditions:
Blacklisted firms by any Government/Semi‑Government organization are not eligible. Quality assurance/testing requirements and other terms are as per bidding documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
