Auction: Collection Rights for Digital Streamers — Cantonment Board Nowshera (G.T. Road)

Issuer: Cantonment Board Nowshera (Military Lands & Cantonments Department). Open public auction for the collection rights of digital streamers (single lot) along G.T. Road, Nowshera Cantt. Auction will be held in the office of the Cantonment Board Nowshera.

Key requirements and terms (summary of published conditions):

- Interested firms/companies must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

- Defaulters of any government organization, particularly Nowshera Cantt Board, are ineligible to participate.

- Earnest money of Rs. 1,400.00 (5% of reserve) must be deposited by each participant as a call deposit or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Cantonment Board Nowshera.

- Participants must bring original CNIC and an original authority letter to participate.

- The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the highest bid (including earnest money) at the fall of the hammer and provide a pay order on the next working day for the remaining portion of that 25%. Failure to deposit will lead to forfeiture of earnest money.

- Balance of the highest bid is payable subject to final approval of the Board; payment may be accepted in three equal quarterly instalments with post-dated cheques as required.

- The successful bidder is responsible for installing digital streamers at their own expense and must obtain electricity connection/installations at their own cost after obtaining NOC from Cantonment Board Nowshera.

- The Cantonment Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to cancel/withhold the auction; the Board's decision is final. All applicable taxes (including income tax) will be deducted as per law.
