The Military Estates Officer, Peshawar Circle, Peshawar gives notice that Plot No. 1 (Survey No. 311-B/1), Nowshera Cantt., held on lease under Schedule IX-A of the CLA Rules, 1937 in the names of Mushtaq Ahmed and Mohammad Ashraf, is the subject of an application by Mst. Sultanat Begum and others to transfer/mutate the deceased co-lessee's leasehold share.
The application is supported by a Letter of Administration dated 2021-07-12; the co-lessee Mohammad Ashraf is reported to have died on 2021-02-19.
