PMDC Management Trainee Programme — Sales & Marketing and Legal (Islamabad)

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme at its Head Office in Islamabad. This is a contractual training opportunity intended for capacity building of young professionals; completion of the programme does not guarantee regular employment.

Key eligibility and conditions: Applicants must be Pakistani nationals (local or foreign-qualified) with a minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution. Maximum age: 28 years on the date of the advertisement. Minimum CGPA: 3.0. Candidates who graduated in 2025–26 may apply with or without post-qualification experience.

Selection process: Merit-based selection including written test and interview. Weightage: 30% on academic marks, 40% on test assessment, and 30% on interview evaluation. Shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

Appointment terms and benefits: One-year training contract (no employer-employee relationship or obligation to offer permanent employment). Selected trainees will receive a lump-sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000.
