LESCO Civil Works Division Tender No. 03 (2026-27) – Passive Networking at 7 Offices

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO), Civil Works Division. The Deputy Manager (Civil) invites electronic bids through the E‑PADS portal under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure for civil/IT passive networking works.

Eligibility: Open to eligible bidders holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence. Bidders must be duly licensed and renewed for 2026-27, or renewed for 2025-26 with a deposit slip for 2026-27, in the financial and technical categories as specified in the bidding documents.

Procedure & documents: Tendering will follow the Single Stage One Envelope method with the "Least Cost Method" for evaluation. Bidding documents and conditions, including post‑qualification criteria and required bid security formats, are available for download from the PPRA E‑PADS portal (www.epss.gov.pk) and can also be viewed on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and LESCO website (www.lesco.gov.pk).

Submission & opening:

• Last date/time to download documents: until 11:00 AM on 2026-10-14 via E‑PADS.
• Original bid security (in acceptable form as specified in bidding documents) and any required physical documents must be delivered to the office of the Deputy Manager Civil Works Division LESCO, 132 kV Grid Station PWR Main Bazar Gharri Shahu, Lahore by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-14.
• Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-10-14 through E‑PADS.

Important notes: Bidders failing to meet post‑qualification criteria will be declared non‑responsive and will not be considered for award. Documents available on E‑PADS are for bidding purposes. Follow bidding documents for acceptable forms of bid security (bank guarantee/pay order/demand draft) and other submission requirements.
