Market Committee Kanganpur — Tender for Market Gate Entry Fee and Rate-List Contracts (Aug 2026–Jun 2027)

Market Committee Kanganpur invites sealed bids for two non-extendable contracts: (1) Market gate entry fee contract for the vegetable, grain and chicken markets; and (2) Distribution of the market rate-list for vegetables, fruits and poultry for the financial period 1 August 2026 to 30 June 2027 (11 months).

Tenders will be opened on 11 July 2026 (Thursday) — gate entry fee bids at 12:00 noon and rate-list bids at 1:00 pm. A call deposit of Rs 1,00,000 is required for the gate-entry contract and Rs 31,80,000 for the rate-list contract (as stated). Registered firms must register with the Market Committee before bidding; registration fee Rs 10,000 per entry (non-refundable). Successful bidders must deposit one-quarter of their bid at award; balance payable in equal installments per contract terms.
