National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), Headquarters G-5/2 Islamabad, invites electronic bids from suppliers/contractors/service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for three procurements: HQ/ADV-01/2026-27 (End-to-end implementation and ISO/IEC certification of NTC data centers), HQ/ADV-02/2026-27 (outsourcing of human resources for administrative services for three years) and HO/ADV-03/2026-27 (procurement of managed DNS service for three years).
Bidding documents and detailed terms are available on the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS; manual bids will not be accepted.
