EOI submission: Sealed offers must be submitted by 2026-08-17 (by 2:00 PM). Interested bidders may obtain the prescribed Bid Form from the Society office upon payment of a non‑refundable fee of PKR 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Rupees). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupees) in the form of a pay order in favor of Sui Northern Officers' Co‑operative Housing Society Ltd., Lahore. Bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned on completion of the bidding process.
Inspection: Premises may be inspected on working days from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
