NGC Invitation for Bids — 500kV Single‑Circuit Steel Tower Leg & Body Extensions

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites bids (E‑PADS No. F-26081947110, Bidding Document No. GSO-07M-2026) for the procurement of 500kV single‑circuit (S/C) steel tower leg and body extensions (excluding main leg members) for NGC Asset Management. Procurement will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

Submission & document access: Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from the E‑PADS website (www.ntdc.com.pk). Bids must be submitted through e‑PADS only. Original (hard‑copy) bid security is required to be submitted before the bid closing deadline on the bid closing date. Bid opening will take place in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Key dates & procedure: Bids must be submitted via e‑PADS on or before 2026-09-17 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be delivered before the closing deadline; bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of attending bidders' representatives.
