Issuer: Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (Rawalpindi Cantt). The Board invites electronic bids (E‑Bids) from reputable and eligible firms for execution of annual repair and maintenance works during Financial Year 2026–2027 on the basis of MES Schedule of Rates 2025. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as active taxpayers. Only vendors registered on the E‑PADS V2.0 portal and properly registered as vendors on PPRA/E‑PADS will be eligible to participate.
Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0. Deadline for submission: 2026-09-10 at 13:00; bids will be opened on 2026-09-10 at 13:30. Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage – One Envelope (Rule 36(a) PPRA). Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Cantt Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt. Original CDR must be submitted prior to opening of bids. Further terms include availability of bidding documents on PPRA and E‑PADS V2.0, compliance with MES Schedule of Rates 2025, and other standard conditions.
