Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi – E-Procurement Invitation for PBM-Funded Medicines/Surgical/Orthopedic Purchases

Office of the Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites e-bids from reputed medicine firms/pharmacies for a frame work contract for purchase of PBM funded National/Multi-National medicines, surgical and orthopedic items for FY 2026-27. Issued: 2026-09-16. Bidding will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement (single-stage, two-envelope) as per PPRA rules.

Eligibility & Requirements: Registered medicine firms/pharmacies having a valid Pharmacy Retail Drug Sale License; registered on e-Procurement; registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and listed on Active Taxpayers list. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificate must be provided.

Submission & Bid Security: Bidding documents available on PPRA website and e-PADs (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must include 1% bid security in the name of Medical Superintendent Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank, valid for 120 days.

Procedure & Notes: Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority 2014 (amended Jan 2016). Separate bids will be provided for each medicine based on discount rates from retail/market price. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Bidders are requested to offer best discounted prices for needy patients.
