Tender: Supply of Medicines & Surgical Disposables (LPDD / LPQ) – Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital, Sialkot

Issuer: Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital, Sialkot. Sealed bids are invited for the year 2026-27 (renewable/extendable up to 2027-09-30) for: walk-in registration of Local Purchase Day-to-Day (LPDD) vendors and Petty Purchase / Limited Purchase through quotation (LPQ) for medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items.

Eligibility: For LPDD, pharmacies/retailers with a valid Drug Sale License (DSL) issued on Form 9 and located within a 10 km radius of the hospital (subject to policy directions) are eligible. For LPQ, manufacturers, sole agents, importers/foreign principals or distributors with DSL (Form 11) may participate. Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA-2014, amended).

Bidding documents: Can be downloaded from the Punjab PPRA website (http://proc.punjab.gov.pk/View_Tender.aspx) / PPRA Punjab portal. Sealed bids must be delivered in person and placed in the tender box at the office of the Medical Superintendent by the stated closing time. Bids must be tape- or ring-bound; loose papers will be rejected. All pages must be properly marked and signed where required.

Submission notes: Bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the shape of CDR must be submitted with the technical bid. Bids will not be accepted without bid security. If the closing/opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, bids will be received/opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. The time for response is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
