Key instructions and conditions:
- Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA Punjab website and E-Procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). The PPRA tender view URL is provided in the original notice.
- Envelopes must be clearly marked as "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL". Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bids will be returned unopened.
- Bid validity: 180 days.
- Authorized representatives of interested bidders are invited to attend at 10:30 AM on the stated date.
- Both technical and financial proposals are required to be uploaded on E-Pads before the closing time. Signing and stamping of each page of bidding documents is mandatory.
- If the date of opening or last sale falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be deemed the date of sale, submission and opening; time and venue will remain the same.
- All applicable taxes will be charged as per Government of the Punjab rules.
