Pakistan Railways, Headquarter Office Lahore invites applications from suitable retired supervisory staff of Carriage & Wagon and Mechanical Loco Departments for one-year contract engagements (maximum age limit 62 years). Selected candidates will be required to pass medical fitness examination at Pakistan Railways Hospital. No TA/DA will be paid for interview/medical examination.

Applications must be typed and accompanied by attested copies of required documents and a postal order of Rs. 500 as processing fee. Required documents include:
- Educational certificates
- Computerized National Identity Card
- Railway retired identity card / experience certificate
- Photocopy of PPO
- Photocopy of LTC
- Service certificate
- Three (03) fresh passport-size photographs
- Three (03) postal envelopes with complete address and cell number

Other Terms: Only retired employees who have worked in the respective categories are eligible. Appointment is on contract basis for one year (extendable). Selected retired employees will draw designated contract pay scales and will not be entitled to any pensionary benefits for the contracted duties. Candidates dismissed or removed from service or retired on medical grounds are not eligible. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
