Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (as per PPRA Rules 2004 clause 36(b)) via E-PADs (new version 2.0) for the following works. Tender documents are available on E-PADs and PPRA/GEPCO websites.

Participation requirements: valid PEC registration renewal for 2026-27 under relevant code; average annual turnover as per BOQ verified by certified auditor for last 2 years; current bank statement showing 15% balance of individual work(s); proof of experience with up to two valid work orders of similar nature whose cumulative value is equal to or more than 100% of BOQ with completion certificates issued by work-ordering authority within last 5 years. Joint ventures must submit performance security in joint bank account and provide NTN in FBR & PRA if applicable; a power of attorney on PKR 100 judicial stamp is required for contractor representatives to receive tender documents/participate.
Earnest money: Original bid security for 120 days in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan at 2% of BOQ cost must be supplied. Successful bidder must submit 10% of Contract Price as performance security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee after issuance of LOI.
Other conditions: Contractors must attach active registration certificates and PST registration from PRA with the bid. Tender rates should be filled in figures and words, signed as per tender documents. Cutting/overwriting is not allowed. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
