Issuer: Defence Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC). DHAC is recruiting a Chief Coordinator for power and utilities to lead distribution operations, network planning, maintenance and related regulatory and commercial functions.

Master's in Engineering, MBA or Energy Management is an added advantage. | Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in the power/utility sector with at least 8–10 years in senior management or executive leadership roles. Demonstrated experience in distribution operations, network planning, maintenance, project management, stakeholder coordination and regulatory affairs. | Strong leadership, communication and strategic management skills; preference for candidates with regulatory/board exposure. |
Core responsibilities: Coordinate daily electricity distribution and supply activities; ensure network reliability, load balancing and maintenance; lead planning, operations, asset management, customer service and commercial functions; manage contracts, procurement and vendor relationships; liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies; develop policies, SOPs, budgets and performance reports; lead emergency response and system upgrade projects; drive energy efficiency and optimization.
