The Hon'ble Court, by order dated 30.06.2026 in C.P. No. D-744/2025, C.P. No. D-2243/2024 and C.P. D-374/2025, has set aside the order dated 17.02.2026; accordingly the Annual General Meeting/Balloting scheduled for 04.07.2026 is cancelled.
