PAA Invitation to Bid: RM Works of C-3 Mess at PAA Residential Colony, JIAP Karachi

Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA). Bids are invited in accordance with PPRA Rule No. 36(a) under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for renovation/maintenance works.

Mandatory documents and conditions include: valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL); updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year; valid Professional Tax Certificate; copy of CNIC of the owner(s); original hard copy of the bid security on due date and time; affidavits on stamp paper (ownership of the firm and no blacklisting/no pending litigation each on stamp paper of Rs.500/-).

Submission method: Bidders must submit bid, bid security and mandatory documents electronically through the PPRA e-Procurement Web Portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the submission deadline. The original bid security and above-mentioned affidavits must also be submitted in person to the office of the Divisional Engineer ES Civil-II, JIAP on the bid opening date.

Pay orders/bank drafts should be drawn in favour of "Pakistan Airports Authority." PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
