Important noteIn line with Federal Government / MOD policy, M/s NLC holds first right of refusal for transportation services. The lowest evaluated responsive rate discovered through competitive bidding will be offered to M/s NLC to match; upon their acceptance the contract will be awarded to M/s NLC, otherwise to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
