Prime benefits and flexible payment terms include a 1-year flexible payment plan, possession on 75% payment (subject to Bank Guarantee for the local scheduled bank), plan approval on 25% deposit, 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days, and an additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.
