Pakistan Ordnance Factories (Wah Cantt) Pre-Qualification for Transporters / Goods Forwarding Agencies — Closed Framework Agreement 2026-27

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POFs), Wah Cantt invites applications from reputable transporters and goods forwarding agencies for pre-qualification to participate in a closed framework agreement (Year 2026-27) for domestic transportation and port handling of defence stores.

Required capabilities include:

• Fleet of suitable vehicles and machinery;
• Resources and capability for loading/unloading at Sea Ports in Karachi;
• Capability for transportation of defence stores from Sea Port Karachi / Sonmiani to Wah, Sanjwal & Havelian Cantts;
• Capability for timely transportation of defence stores from Wah, Sanjwal & Havelian Cantts to various stations across the country.

Interested firms (including those doing business with government/private industries, goods forwarding agencies, and firms engaged in such businesses) are to forward their particulars and documents on the prescribed application form available from the POF website.

Competitive procurement provisions apply; the lowest evaluated responsive rate determined through competitive bidding will be offered in accordance with the conditions set by POFs.
