Pakistan Airports Authority Invitation to Bid — R/M Works of C-3 Mess, JIAP Residential Colony, Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids in accordance with PPRA Rule No. 36(a) under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for the following work:

Mandatory documents and eligibility requirements include: valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL); updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year; valid Professional Tax Certificate; copy of CNIC of the owner(s); original bid security in hard form on due date and time; and affidavits on stamp paper (ownership of the firm and no blacklisting/no pending litigation) as specified.

Submission instructions: Bidders must submit bids, bid security, and mandatory documents electronically through the PPRA ePADS Web Portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the submission deadline. The original bid security and specified affidavits must be submitted in person to the office of the Divisional Engineer Civil-II, JIAP on the date and time specified.

Payment and guarantees: Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of "Pakistan Airports Authority." Pay orders, bank drafts, or any other financial instruments submitted by bidders and contractors as tender cost, earnest money, bid security, or bid security or bank guarantees must be genuine; fraudulent instruments will result in blacklisting and legal action.
