POF Wah Cantt — Pre-Qualification for Closed Framework Agreement (Transporters) 2026-27

Issuer: Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), Wah Cantt. POF invites applications from reputable transporters and goods forwarding agencies for pre-qualification to supply transportation and forwarding services under a closed framework agreement for Year 2026-27.

Scope and required capabilities:

• Fleet of suitable vehicles and machinery.
• Resources and experience for loading/unloading at sea ports in Karachi.
• Capability to transport defence stores promptly from Sea Port Karachi / Sominiani to Wah, Sanjwal & Havelian Cantts and for onward movement to other locations as required.

Completed applications with supporting documents (in duplicate), in a sealed envelope, must reach the receiving office on or before 2026-10-12 at 11:30 hrs. Envelopes will be opened on 2026-10-12 at 12:00 hrs.

Note: In accordance with federal government / MOD policy directives, M/s NLC holds the right of first refusal for transportation services; the lowest evaluated responsive rate will first be offered to M/s NLC and, if not accepted, the contract will be awarded to the next lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
