PAA Invitation to Bid — R/M Works of C-3 Mess at PAA Residential Colony, JIAP Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids under PPRA Rule No. 36(a) using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for repair/maintenance works at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA e-Procurement System (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Originals of the bid, bid security and required affidavits must be delivered in person to the office of the Divisional Engineer ES Civil-II, Jinnah Annexe, JIAP, Karachi.

Mandatory documents and conditions include: valid FBR registration and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) listing; updated PEC registration (Category C-6) for the current year; valid professional tax certificate; copy of CNIC of owner(s); original bid and hard-form bid security; affidavits on stamp paper (ownership of firm and no blacklisting/no pending litigation).

Bid security must be a Pay Order/Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in favor of "Pakistan Airports Authority." Bidders must upload bids, bid security and mandatory documents through the PPRA EPADS web portal and submit the original documents in person to the Divisional Engineer ES Civil-II on the due date and time. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. Dishonored instruments may result in blacklisting and legal action.
