University of Rasul invites bids from reputable firms registered with relevant authorities and holding active taxpayer profiles for supply, installation and related works. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure will be used. Tender documents are available immediately from the university and PPRA websites. Bids must be submitted through the E‑Procurement Punjab portal and scanned copy of bid security attached with the Technical Bid.
