Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division, Khyber, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids through ePADS for twelve civil works packages for construction of model streets, drains, shalobber and associated works in various localities of the division.
Procurement will follow KP PHE Works and Services Rules 2014 on a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) including Bidding/Contract Data, Bill of Quantities, Basic Eligibility Criteria, Technical & Financial Bid Evaluation Criteria and other information are available on ePADS. Bidders must upload technical and financial bids on ePADS and submit original bid security and other required documents to the office before bid opening.
