Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) invites applications for the position of Secretary (BPS-19) on a contract basis to support administration, legal and commercial matters and to act as Secretary of the Foundation.

| Key Responsibilities | Assist MD (PWF) on administration/legal/commercial matters; act as Secretary of the Foundation; prepare agendas, notices and minutes of Board of Directors (BoD) meetings; ensure circulation and implementation of BoD decisions; coordinate with stakeholders; supervise staff; maintain records and correspondence and other duties as assigned by MD (PWF) |
| General Requirements | Physically and mentally fit; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of procurement and contract management |
